SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Each item is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and photographed before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery of your antique and vintage items.

Packaging & Documentation All items are professionally packaged with appropriate protective materials to ensure safe transit. We take detailed photographs of each item and its packaging before shipment for quality assurance and documentation purposes.

Insurance & Liability

Standard Orders (under €500):

  • Shipments are sent at the buyer's risk
  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft during transit
  • While we take every precaution in packaging, we cannot guarantee safe delivery
  • We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance if desired

High-Value Orders (€500 and above):

  • Mandatory insured shipping applies
  • A separate shipping quote will be provided as insured shipping costs more than standard rates
  • Full insurance coverage protects your purchase during transit
  • Signature upon delivery is required

Tracking All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Please note that customs clearance may cause delays for international orders, which are beyond our control.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages For uninsured shipments (under €500), we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Our photographic documentation shows the condition and packaging at dispatch. For insured shipments (€500+), please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
