There are cake stands, and then there is this. A genuine Limoges porcelain tazza from around 1900, when the French were absolutely serious about making even the act of presenting a fruit tart feel like a state occasion.

The translucent white porcelain is scattered with delicate sprays of pink wildflowers — fine, feathery stems with tiny blossoms that drift across the surface like they landed there by accident and decided to stay. The scalloped rim has subtle embossed relief detailing, and the whole piece sits on a sturdy pedestal foot decorated with the same floral motif. Light catches the glaze beautifully from every angle.

The "Limoges France" backstamp is clearly printed on the underside. In near-mint condition — this piece has been very well looked after.

WARNING: Once you put anything on this tazza, it will look like it belongs in a patisserie window in Paris. Maison de L'oro accepts no responsibility for any sudden conviction that you should be serving mille-feuille at your next dinner party, or for the inevitable purchase of a matching cake slice.
