Right, let's talk about this absolute unit of a perfume bottle. Deep burgundy-red glass with gold foil inclusions that catch the light like a disco ball had a very sophisticated baby with a Maltese sunset. On camera they shimmer silver — in real life they glow warm gold. It's round, it's chunky, it's got a clear glass ball stopper that sits on top like it owns the place — and honestly, it does.
This is a genuine Phoenician Glass Malta piece, complete with the iconic black triangle label and — here's the bit that makes collectors go a bit wobbly — it's signed on the base. Hand-blown, hand-signed, made on the island. The kind of thing that ends up in a glass cabinet and gets pointed at during dinner parties.
The gold foil inclusions are suspended within the glass itself, not painted on, which means they'll still be glittering away long after we're all gone. Cheerful thought.
