Meet this charming little French stoneware set from the legendary Sarreguemines factory — the kind of ceramics that have been quietly judging your modern IKEA mugs since the 1920s. Stamped Sarreguemines, France with the maker's mark KR, this set is the real deal: honest, handcrafted earthenware with that gorgeous deep brown glaze and a creamy unglazed interior that just screams farmhouse kitchen.
The set includes:
- Sugar bowl with double handles & lid — round, sturdy, and absolutely ready to hold your sugar (or your secrets)
- Small lidded pot — no handles, just pure minimalist charm
- 5 saucers — because five is always better than four
Produced between approximately 1920 and 1950 at the famous Sarreguemines manufactory in the Moselle region of France, this set has survived nearly a century and still looks like it means business. The brown salt-glaze finish is consistent across all pieces, with the characteristic warm honey tones that make this style so collectible today.
In excellent vintage condition — minor age-appropriate wear only. Fully functional and food-safe. Perfect for display or actual use, because life is too short for boring tableware.
Available as individual pieces — see variants.
⚠️ WARNING: This stoneware set will make your morning coffee ritual feel like a scene from a French countryside novel. Maison de L'oro accepts no responsibility for any sudden urge to buy a beret, move to Provence, or start calling your kitchen la cuisine.
